"Metronomosexual" was James' second full length release, a long-awaited follow up to his 1999 debut that is a complete stylistic departure. Recorded on the heels of his VH1 reality show "Can't Get a Date," James worked closely with guitarist Toshio Mana to craft simple acoustic guitar/vocal versions of some of his old songs.
