"Medium Rare" is a compilation of unreleased b-sides, demos and remixes that celebrates the creative process in all of it's glorious awkwardness. From a live track where the audience finds humor that wasn't intended, to a studio outtake where the recording gets derailed by one sour note, the tracks herein glorify the wonderful weirdness of creating music.
